How to Handle the Intangible

What if I handed you a strange looking object that you really weren’t sure about? You didn’t know what it was, what it did, what it could do… It just looked kind of futuristic and mysterious. And after I handed it to you, I told you that it had a type of magical power. It could make all of your dreams come true. The car, the house, the debt-free living. Maybe a little fame and some fortune. All of this, but it all rests within how you handled this curious object that I gave you.

But, how do you use it?

Is it like a genie’s lamp–do you have to rub it a certain way? Do you just speak to it and ask it for what you want? Is it like a Rubik’s Cube–there’s some hidden design that you somehow have to form it into? Are there hidden switches or tiny levers?

What if I told you right now, that you already have this strange little object?

Well, you do.

It does have a name and if you’re reading this, then you possess it.

It’s called, life. But more importantly, it’s your life. Imagine life was some strange looking orb-like sphere that you could hold in your hands. And the one who gave it to you said that it could do all of those amazing things, but it was all in how you handled it? Well, that’s sort of exactly what’s happened. We just can’t physically see and hold this intangible thing. But the way we work with this intangible will bring about those things that are tangible. The catch is this: those tangibles can be good or bad and it all depends on how we handle the intangible.
