I Changed My Mind

It’s been a little while since I’ve written something.

I was fully consumed in creating this new website. As I’ve said in a prior post, there was a serious learning curve in designing this site. But it was invigorating.

Learning new things is just something that I love to do. I mean, I will literally “lose” 10 hours reading and studying with as much vigor as an O Chem student preparing for an exam. I got to see that type of passionate studying this weekend when my cousin, Autumn, joined me at Barnes & Noble for a study sesh.

Obviously we were working on different things but we were both working. That’s an important thing. Finding like-minded people that can inspire you by their work. She’s on her way to becoming a bad ass doctor, so she inspires me daily.

And when you can see your new knowledge unfold into a functional form in front of your eyes, it’s nothing short of exhilarating.

You also show yourself that you’re capable of things you didn’t realize you were capable of and that there really is nothing desired that is ever fully out of reach. You just have to stretch a bit to get to it.

So what’s up with the title, Craven? What did you change your mind about?

In the last blog I wrote, Success Up Ahead, I talked about changing my domain name from IAmMarkCraven.com to SuccessUpAhead.com

Well… I changed my mind. I’m keeping it IAmMarkCraven.com

Sue me.

I’ve also been building the IAmMarkCraven.com brand for the past year in videos, business cards, podcasts, a ridiculous amount of blog posts that still link to the new website even though they’re originally from my old site…

So, there’s that.

Oh! And I have other plans for the Success Up Ahead URL 🙂 #staytuned
